Q. What is Imaginators®?
A. Imaginators® is made up of creative consumers who have agreed to participate in online assignments, discussions, and idea-generation sessions in order to generate new ideas that will help companies develop new products, new advertising, new brand names, new promotions, and new marketing strategies. Some discussions and idea-generation sessions may be held in person.

Q. Will this cost me anything?
A. No. There is no fee to be a member of Imaginators®. You will never be asked to buy anything from us or from the companies who sponsor assignments. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Q. What do you do with the profile information I filled out when signing up?
A. That information is stored in our database and used to match up participants with specific project requirements. Your profile information will never be shared with outside sources. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Q. Will you sell my name and address?
A. No. Your name, address and other information are strictly confidential. Your privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity will always be guarded and protected.

Q. Will you try to sell me something?
A. No. Our assignments are purely for business research purposes. We will never try to sell you anything. We will never try to promote a product under the guise of an assignment. You will not be bombarded by advertising, since we don't allow anyone to advertise on this website.

Q. What happens if I join, but then decide to cancel my membership?
A. You simply log on to our website, go to Modify Membership, and enter your email address and password under "Delete Membership." It's that simple.

Q. How can I become a member?
A. Membership in Imaginators® is by invitation only. If you received an invitation, start by simply filling out the registration form found here. If you did not receive an invitation but are interested in joining Imaginators®, email

Q. Who is eligible to join Imaginators®?
A. Right now Imaginators® is confined to English-speaking participants who are 14 years of age and older. In the future we hope to expand the service to other participants.

Q. Can my friends become members of Imaginators®?
A. We welcome new members, but they must first receive an invitation to join. If you have friends or family who are interested, you may give them this website address and/or ask them to email for more information.

Q. How can I update my membership information or remove my name from the panel?
A. Please go to Modify Account. Type in your email address (the one you gave us when you signed up) and your zip code. Then press the "update" button if you wish to update your membership information, or press the "delete" button if you wish to delete your membership. Q. I tried to submit the registration form and I received the message "Document contains no data." What should I do?
A. Most likely, there are too many people on our server at one time. This slows down our server and does not let you register in full. Please try again later.

Q. I entered all my information, but am not sure if my registration went through.
A. You can check to see if your registration was successful by going to Modify Account and typing your email address and zip code in the Update Account box (on the left-hand side of your screen.) If you are able to view your registration information, then you have successfully registered as a member of Imaginators®.

Q. I did not receive a confirmation email. Should I have?
A. The confirmation email is automatically generated after you register. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after you registered, please email and let her know that you have not received your confirmation email.

Q. Where are the assignments? I looked all through your site and still can't find one.
A. Once you have been approved for membership in Imaginators®, your information (such as age, gender, geographic location, type of employment, and more) will be added to our panel database. The information is then matched against the criteria for each assignment on a case-by-case basis. Selected panel members are emailed an invitation to complete an assignment and are provided with a link that will take you to the assignment's web page. When you are selected to complete an assignment, you will be notified by email from Morgan Britt.

Q. How do I receive assignments?
A. When we have an assignment we would like you to complete, we will send an email to the address you registered with, telling you a little about the assignment and what the incentive will be. We will include a link to the Internet address where you go to complete the assignment.

Q. When I clicked on the link for the assignment, it took me to your home page.
A. The link opens a new window, which will sometimes minimize itself if you have other windows open. Close all other windows and maximize the survey login page by clicking its button on your task bar (the bar where your "start" button sits).

Q. I clicked on the assignment URL and got the message "page not found."
A. This could be due to a high volume of traffic trying to access our website simultaneously. Please try to access the page again at a later time. If you continue to have difficulty accessing the site, email immediately.

Q. When I'm invited to complete an assignment, how much time will I have to do it?
A. Generally, you will have several days. A specific deadline will be in the email you receive inviting you to participate in the assignment.

Q. Will anyone ever know exactly how I personally completed the assignment?
A. No. When assignment results are reported to clients, they will not be associated with any panel member's personal identifying information.

Q. How long is the typical online assignment?
A. The average assignment will take about 20 minutes to complete. The email inviting you to the assignment will tell you how long the assignment will be open.
